MADE YOU LOOK has shown improvement of late and can go close. LONDON SQUALL stayed on last time. Claims on recent improvement. MONEY FLOWS has not been too far back. CHA CHA QUEEN has had two good runs but has not run since October. Very good chance if racing fit. CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW (Charles Laird/Anton Marcus) makes her debut. Well bred and watch the betting. STAR SAFARI has more to find to win but may place. SWARMING has faced far stronger but is way off form. RAKEENA'S CLASSIC ran way below par last time. Chance on previous form.

MANA MOU looks hard to oppose. She takes on the "boys" here and has won twice from only three starts. Looks to be more than just useful. MIDDLETON HILL is coming back in to form again and could challenge. OIL TYCOON has the form but may find this too sharp. MELT AWAY won his maiden last time and may need to confirm. One cannot ignore Mike De Kock. EASTERN RESERVE ran on well to win his maiden last time but will have to confirm.

AMATOL is one of the most consistent horses in training. He runs well this distance. Piere Strydom rides. Stable companion HOUSTON TRIP was running on in his post maiden last time and has a chance on that. It was over today's distance. Anton Marcus rides. LAUREAL MAN just failed to catch Abbottsbury in his post maiden last time. That was over shorter. The extra should also suit. OZYMANDIAS had a fair post maiden last time while ILIAD won his maiden well last time. May need to confirm.

SUCCESS COUNTS looks to be to keep an eye on in future months. Has yet to run a bad race and runs on well. The first timer SOUTHERN LIGHTS (Sean Tarry/Anton Marcus) could be worth following. EMPIRE ROSE won her maiden last time. may need to confirm. Johnny Geroudis rides for Mike De Kock. GIGGS won her maiden very easily last time. That was her second run. She looks promising. LYDIA LISTEN has not shown much since winning her maiden three runs back.

BURMESE CAT (Mike De Kock/Johnny Geroudis) ran well in his post maiden last time. Looks to be one that will improve even more during the KZN Winter Season. Stable companion ZANZAMAR (Anton Marcus)made a decent debut last time and can improve despite still being a maiden. JUAN BELMONTE tries the blinkers today after having made a very moderate post maiden run. TALLEYRAND made a fair debut run last time. She was interfered with after having shown very fast pace. THE MOUSEKEEPER makes his debut. Watch the betting.

KZN raider NOBLE HEIR has been running against some decent sorts and the "boys". Won the Tommy Hotspur very well last time Will be better suited to this company. MARY LOU is really very consistent and was not disgraced when beaten by the more than useful Mana Mou last time. PICADILLY MISS is showing signs of improvement.  MISCHA raids form Zimbabwe for the Lisa Harris yard. She usually sends down very good sorts that can hold their own and win in Gauteng. Don't ignore. ESTEREL won very easily last time and has claims on that run.

Not an easy race. GOLDEN SECRET has fair form and if at best will be running on. LOVELY SASH has claims on recent improved run. DR VIENNA disappointed last time but has earlier form to fall back on. She won two in a row before her disappointing race last time. DELIGHTFUL DIVA can feature after a nice post maiden effort last time. INDIGO VIOLET is never too far back and runs best at the Vaal.
