July Gallops impressive

The traditional Vodacom July gallops took place under perfect skies in Durban this morning. Some very impressive workouts were had by the big race contenders. None more so than the July favourite Jackson who clocked one of the fastest 400m to finish in under 22 seconds effortlessly with stable companion Polar Bound, both from the Brett Crawford yard. He looks an impressive and worthy favourite and despite his draw of 18 will be a tough nut to crack if the gallops are anything to go by....read more
