Frankel to mate to Southern Hemisphere mares

Juddmonte Farms is pleased to announce that Frankel will be available to cover a limited book of mares to Southern Hemisphere time.

Breeders are asked to submit their proposed mares for consideration by no later than the end of May.

The nomination fee will be £110,000 payable / non-refundable at 45 days gestation, but with Juddmonte making available a maximum amount of £10,000 towards the owner’s travelling / boarding / ancillary costs.

Juddmonte’s General Manager Philip Mitchell commented: “We are very pleased with the start Frankel has made at stud and with the great interest being shown from within the Southern Hemisphere this decision is a natural progression. However it is our full intention to limit the number of mares to be covered, which can only be of benefit to those breeders who wish to support the horse.”
