REIGNING WIND made an excellent debut when finishing well  over the distance at Fairview. The obvious one to beat. JUDBURY has had two steady runs and should start improving soon. LUV U BABES raced against juvenile winners last time. This should be easier. Expect a good run this afternoon. PIPETTE was green on debut last time. Should improve on that effort. IRISH LADY makes her debut. Keep an eye on the betting.

PATENTADO ran on well last time when showing big improvement and should go close in this field. DARESAY is holding form well and will be running on late. FAVOUR THE BOLD has been improving and will also be running on. Definite money chance. MY SANTANA ran his best run last time. Has improved since the blinkers were fitted. SAFEE could be improving and may place at best.

RACE 3: Maiden Plate (F & M) 1400m Bend

WILD COUNT is improving and was running on at Fairview over 1200m last time. Not a confident choice. Stable companion, LITE APPROVAL, won his maiden at the eleventh attempt last time. may need to confirm but not much to beat in this field. MATRIX MODE is a weak ante post favourite but one has to respect the Justin Snaith yard. Only win was this C & D. RUM AND RAISIN will have to be at his best this afternoon. DANCINGINTHEDESERT needs a perfect ride as he hangs. He is consistent and enjoys Arlington and needs to be respected.

POLO WARRIOR ran a good post maiden last time. Respect in this field. PRICELESS GEM came back to form when winning with blinkers for the first time last time. Could repeat this afternoon. The blinkers stay on. WILMINGTON has steady form and his post maiden form has been very good. BADI has poor form but could be improving very slowly. TIBISI faded badly last time. Place chance on form prior to that latest effort.

DRILL SARGEANT has an excellent staying record. Drops a bit in trip but has the form to win, even over 2000m. PADDY O'REILLY has been racing well in Cape Town and must have a chance in PE. INCA'S SPIRIT should have her latest effort ignored. Usually finishes well and has a definite shout in this field. SOLO FLIGHT is holding form well and take on a bit stronger than last time. AUDREY ROSE has improved since trying his hand at PE racing. Still with the Justin Snaith yard.

NATIONAL FOREST has improved in his last two. Runs on well. MONPAZIER takes on weaker but is up against the males. Drops in class. NEW RESOLUTION has had good maiden form and last time won his maiden at the twenty fourth attempt. may need to confirm. ROBBIN ISLAND is never far back. WHINK tends to weaken. More to find for the win. Respect the ante post favourite, LUNAR EMBLEM, especially in this weak field.

SECRET QUEST usually finishes well and loves this C & D: 8(2-3-1). Will be competitive this afternoon. FIERY has been improving and ran on nicely last time. REINE D'IVOIRE made a decent PE debut last time and with an apprentice claiming 4kg should make the top three. JUMP AND AWAY has faced slightly stronger. INTIMATE TOUCH is inconsistent. May have more to find for the win.
