THE BIG EASY makes his debut. Keep an eye on the betting. OLYMPIC BOLT has two moderate runs in KZN. May improve on the sand. GRAND OPERA was slow on debut. Has every chance to improve on that run. ROCK FORCE improved by sixteen lengths in his third run last time. SUPER CLUB weakened on debut. Could improve.

1st – THE BIG EASY (18/10 F) (10); 2nd – OLYMPIC BOLT (6); 3rd – GRAND OPERA (2); 4th - ROCK FORCE (8); 5th – SUPER CLUB (9)

12 SILVERMODE A 11 55.0 Roy Magner Jarryd Penny
13 STOP THE CRISIS A 9 55.0 Roy Magner Karl Zechner

IMPECCABLE showed enough when running on for second last time that he may be ready to win his maiden at the thirty sixth attempt! RED INN has been improving slowly since plying his trade in Gauteng. JOHNNY CHESTNUT has been a bit below par in his last two. Needs to reproduce some better earlier form. TRIPSWITCH will be finishing well but loses ground at the start. SELDOM SEEN KID has a chance on his very good run this C & D two runs back.

1st – IMPECCABLE (62/10) (4); 2nd – RED INN (2); 3rd – JOHNNY CHESTNUT (1); 4th - TRIPSWITCH (5); 5th – SELDOM SEEN KID (7)

12 TIERIP A B T 1 57.0 Wallace Tolmay Collen Storey
13 X FACTOR A B 9 57.0 Roy Magner Francois Herholdt

Even though TRIP KINGS was not himself last time, he did run a good race and could go that extra bit and win this afternoon. Finished well despite found to be coughing. SEA KNIGHT showed huge improvement last time in his second start. Was very fast. JIMMIJAGGA has improved in his last two starts but needs a more sustained finish. DOING IT FOR DAN  makes his debut as a two year old against far older. Keep an eye on the betting. WILD THING faded badly over further last time. Better this trip. Not out of it.

1st – TRIP KINGS (5/1) (3); 2nd – SEA KNIGHT (33/10 F) (10); 3rd – JIMMIJAGGA (2); 4th - DOING FOR IT DAN (6); 5th – WILD THING (1)

8 CHEDWIN PARK A T 1 56.5 Leon Erasmus Hennie Greyling
9 CAMPBELL BLACK A B 10 52.0 Corne Spies Francois Naude
10 MIRAK A 7 52.0 Dominic Zaki Ryan Munger

SAMOGAN finished well last time to win over this C & D by almost five lengths. Should be the one to beat. DOVER BEACH will have a chance if breaking on terms. Will be finishing well. JET AVENGER could be better suited to slightly shorter but has a definite money chance. CHEDWIN PARK fought on well last time and has won this C & D before. PAINTYOURFACE runs well this C & D. Chance if finding a good finish.

1st – SAMOGAN (18/10 F) (3); 2nd – DOVER BEACH (1); 3rd – JET AVENGER (2); 4th - CHEDWIN PARK (8); 5th – PAINTYOURFACE (5)

9 OLYMPIC SPRING A B 8 52.5 Scott Kenny Timothy Pretorius

\

ESTANCIA has improved in his last two. All of his wins and placings have been at this track. This will be the furthest he has travelled. MAURI BLUE was running on last time. Best runs have also been at this track. NIGHTINGALE GREY is never far back and current form is decent. This will be slightly stronger than last time but respect the current form. One could ignore the latest effort of DIE KAT on turf. Good sand form. OLYMPIC SPRING showed plenty of heart last time over shorter. Could place.

1st – ESTANCIA (11/2) (3); 2nd – MAURI BLUE (18/10 F) (2); 3rd – NIGHTINGALE GREY (1); 4th - DIE KAT (7); 5th – OLYMPIC SPRING (9)

10 RUN THE ARROW A 8 53.5 Dianne Stenger Francois Naude
11 GO DUTCH A 5 52.0 Lucky Houdalakis Francois Herholdt

LADY OF KILDARE has won both of her starts this C & D. Stayed on well last time. Drops ever so slightly in class. Looks to have a very good chance. SHE'S A LOOKER has been running on strongly but appears to favour a turf track. MISS K was not disgraced in a feature last time. Has won four times this C & D. One to watch! RUN THE ARROW won her maiden at the thirteenth attempt last time. More to do. GO DUTCH won at this track last time but this will be far tougher.

1st – LADY OF KILDARE (5/2 F) (4); 2nd – SHE'S A LOOKER (6); 3rd – MISS K (3); 4th - RUN THE ARROW (10); 5th – GO DUTCH (11)

10 BELLE COCO A B 3 53.5 Mike Azzie Marco V'Rensburg

PRECURSOR won by seven lengths this C & D last time against a well fancied sort. Must have an excellent chance of repeating this afternoon. This will be slightly stronger. SAUSALITO BAY showed improvement when running on last time. That was at this track over a bit further. SHADOW OFHIS SMILE takes a huge drop in class. Runs well over this journey. Not out of it. ROYAL ADMIRAL won his maiden this track last time. Could have more to find. A two year old taking on older competitors. LADY JUSTICE ran well this C & D two runs back.

1st – PRECURSOR (91/100 F) (4); 2nd – SAUSALITO BAY (5); 3rd – SHADOW OFHIS SMILE (3); 4th - ROYAL ADMIRAL (9); 5th – LADY JUSTICE (7)

CAPTAIN'S DIVA has won only once in nine starts and that was this C & D. Finished really well last time and on that run must have a good each way shout. Will be turning three years old tomorrow against some older hard-knocking individuals in this race. DUBAI DANCING is improving slowly on turf. First run on sand. SHINE TIGER has been up against stronger on turf but has some fair sand form. ARCTIC HOOLIGAN chance on penultimate start. TIGER'S LEGACY did not show in his post maiden last time but has the blinkers on today.
