Legislate the big winner at the Cape Awards ceremony

The annual Cape Racing Awards ceremony held at Kenilworth Racecourse was dominated by the Vodacom July winner, Legislate. The favourite for honours at the National Equus Awards next week, was announced at the a horse of the Year in both the racing and breeding categories. Here are all the winners.
