YOU BOLT ran on well when making her debut last time. Unfancied that day. Takes on the "boys". ROY'S DONKEY makes his debut and could be another winner for owner, Roy Moodley. One could take a small place multiple (61/10) or place All To Come with ROY'S DONKEY, ROYAL MUMSIE, ROYAL NISHA and ROY'S ROYALTY. HARRY'S HORSE ran his best race in nine months last time. Chance on that run. HE ROCKS is improving again, but fancy stable companion, ROY'S DONKEY. SPECIAL ENCOUNTER makes his debut. Anthony Delpech rides.
1st – YOU BOLT (3/1) (9); 2nd – ROY'S DONKEY (2/1 F) (6); 3rd – HARRY'S HORSE (1); 4th - HE ROCKS (4); 5th – SPECIAL ENCOUNTER (7)

HULLO LILLY could be a big improver in this race. Did make some late progress last time. One to watch! MOGOKITY has shown considerable improvement since racing at this track. Ran on really nicely last time. DIRTY DANCING choked up last time which probably cost her the race. SUMMER SIXTYNINE had excuses last time. Can earn something. PURE SPICE has shown precious little but fancy with Anthony Delpech aboard.
1st – HULLO LILLY (11/2) (10); 2nd – MOGOKITY (9/4 F) (9); 3rd – DIRTY DANCING (1); 4th - SUMMER SIXTYNINE (2); 5th – PURE SPICE (4)

OBREGA has had her fair share of excuses in all three starts and her win should not be too long in materialising. KARELIA showed good improvement in her second stat last time despite weakening late. IVANOVICH hasn't run since April. May need the run but has shown enough in previous starts to suggest she could trouble the judges. TENDERWOOD ran her best race in nine last time. That was a vigorous ride though. ROYAL MUMSIE, another Roy Moodley runner. Worth a place interest.
1st – OBREGA (13/10 F) (8); 2nd – KARELIA (10); 3rd – IVANOVICH (1); 4th - TENDERWOOD (3); 5th – ROYAL MUMSIE (5)

IMBUTA CASTRUM was soundly beaten into second place last time. Consider on good penultimate run. BUZZ finished strongly last time but far too late. Chance if repeating. WONDERFUL CROSS ran her best race in four last time. DJEMBE JAMMING has had her chances. Place chance though. EXCITEMENT SEEKER weakened badly last time, but through no fault of her own. Previous runs were good.
1st – IMBUTA CASTRUM (9/2) (1); 2nd – BUZZ (3); 3rd – WONDERFUL CROSS (9/4 F) (9); 4th - DJEMBE JAMMING (4); 5th – EXCITEMENT SEEKER (2)

SEEKING THE DREAM finished well last time. Last two runs have been a vast improvement on his debut run three runs back. MUCAJAI is improving. Was an unlucky loser last time. TEPPANYAKI could count himself unlucky last time. Was bumped late on. Can make amends. IN THE TRENCHES made a good debut last time. Should improve. HEPTAGON was coughing last time.
1st – SEEKING THE DREAM (5/1) (6); 2nd – MUCAJAI (37/10 F) (8); 3rd – TEPPANYAKI (1); 4th - IN THE TRENCHES (11); 5th – HEPTAGON (9)

THE MORRIGAN makes her KZN debut. Has fair Cape Town form. Finished well last time at Durbanville. SUPERCEDE cannot be faulted on form. Was won or placed in the top three on nine occasions from ten starts. On form, the one to beat. TARA DAWN was baulked late last time. ROYAL NISHA has a claim on latest effort and improved run. SOUNDS POSITIVE weakens but never that far back.

SHELLYS CONNECTION took well to the polytrack last time when winning this C & D. POPULAR BLUES has been improving nicely albeit slowly. Could challenge. ROY'S ROYALTY is in good form and her next win should not be too long in coming. ARTISTICALLY DONE has not been too far back in her last four starts. MISS STINGRAY is battling for her second win. Money chance.

BLIZZARD BELLE was not disgraced against slightly stronger in her post maiden last time. RED ROSETTE is holding form well and was beaten by KAJI by just under two lengths last time. TOUCHING BASE has had a string of three good runs and should be finishing well. BEZ VALLEY has been improving and was running on last time. MIESQUESROK was not disgraced in her post maiden last time. Not a strong field and could feature. CAPE VESTA has more to find but latest effort was up on earlier form. STRONG BLOND has shown a liking for this track.
