PLAY THE BIPOT MAIDEN PLATE
(For all Maidens)
1 HARRY'S HORSE A B T 7 60.0 Pat Lunn Jarred Samuel
2 WAR REQUIEM A T 9 60.0 Des Egdes Sean Veale
3 CAPTAIN KING A 2 58.0 Lezeanne Forbes Stuart Randolph
4 HE ROCKS A 6 58.0 Charles Laird Lerato Mohapi
5 LATINO HEAT   8 58.0 James Goodman Doctor Sifiso Lembethe

7 SPECIAL ENCOUNTER A 1 58.0 Alyson Wright Anthony Delpech
8 TONTO A 3 58.0 Alistair Gordon Alec Forbes
9 YOU BOLT A 5 57.5 Garth Puller Callan Murray

YOU BOLT ran on well when making her debut last time. Unfancied that day. Takes on the "boys".  ROY'S DONKEY makes his debut and could be another winner for owner, Roy Moodley. One could take a small place multiple (61/10) or place All To Come with ROY'S DONKEY, ROYAL MUMSIE, ROYAL NISHA and ROY'S ROYALTY. HARRY'S HORSE ran his best race in nine months last time. Chance on that run. HE ROCKS is improving again, but fancy stable companion, ROY'S DONKEY. SPECIAL ENCOUNTER makes his debut. Anthony Delpech rides.

1st – YOU BOLT (3/1) (9); 2nd – ROY'S DONKEY (2/1 F) (6); 3rd – HARRY'S HORSE (1); 4th - HE ROCKS (4); 5th – SPECIAL ENCOUNTER (7)

Race 2 - 12.35 - 1400m

12 WHAT AN ANSWER A 8 57.0 Doug Campbell Ian Sturgeon
13 ON YOUR BIKE A C 12 60.0 Mike Pappas Reserve 1
14 DARIELLE A C 15 60.0 Des Egdes Reserve 2
15 FACEBOOK FILLY A B 3 60.0 Julie Dittmer Reserve 3

HULLO LILLY could be a big improver in this race. Did make some late progress last time. One to watch! MOGOKITY has shown considerable improvement since racing at this track. Ran on really nicely last time. DIRTY DANCING choked up last time which probably cost her the race. SUMMER SIXTYNINE had excuses last time. Can earn something. PURE SPICE has shown precious little but fancy with Anthony Delpech aboard.

1st – HULLO LILLY (11/2) (10); 2nd – MOGOKITY (9/4 F) (9); 3rd – DIRTY DANCING (1); 4th - SUMMER SIXTYNINE (2); 5th – PURE SPICE (4)

14 GRACIOUS GRACE A T 3 60.0 Chris Erasmus Reserve 2
15 FORARY A 8 60.0 Des Egdes Reserve 3

OBREGA has had her fair share of excuses in all three starts and her win should not be too long in materialising. KARELIA showed good improvement in her second stat last time despite weakening late. IVANOVICH hasn't run since April. May need the run but has shown enough in previous starts to suggest she could trouble the judges. TENDERWOOD ran her best race in nine last time. That was a vigorous ride though. ROYAL MUMSIE, another Roy Moodley runner. Worth a place interest.

1st – OBREGA (13/10 F) (8); 2nd – KARELIA (10); 3rd – IVANOVICH (1); 4th - TENDERWOOD (3); 5th – ROYAL MUMSIE (5)

IMBUTA CASTRUM was soundly beaten into second place last time. Consider on good penultimate run. BUZZ finished strongly last time but far too late. Chance if repeating. WONDERFUL CROSS ran her best race in four last time. DJEMBE JAMMING has had her chances. Place chance though. EXCITEMENT SEEKER weakened badly last time, but through no fault of her own. Previous runs were good.

1st – IMBUTA CASTRUM (9/2) (1); 2nd – BUZZ (3); 3rd – WONDERFUL CROSS (9/4 F) (9); 4th - DJEMBE JAMMING (4); 5th – EXCITEMENT SEEKER (2)
