RACE 1

MIGHTY FLASH made a moderate debut before being rested for over two months. Is ante post favourite. Respect. ABRAX didn't show on Monday on the turf track. Weak field and could improve on the sand. FIRST SIGN and MAJOR PHIL make their debuts. Keep an eye on the betting. RED JOHN runs poorly on sand. Ran a good close up second on turf on Monday. Respect if repeating on sand.

RACE 2

DOVER BEACH weakens but on her day could pop up and could cause a minor upset. TELL MY STAR is in good form. Looks to be one to beat if maintaining that form. DIVINE GRACE could be improving and latest was best in a while. GO DUTCH runs best races on sand. Ignore latest on turf. ALL JAMMED UP was not suited to the extra last time. Consider back over shorter today.
