RACE 1
ATSO TIME has won three from four. Takes on slightly weaker and looks to be extremely promising. PINOT NOIR also drops in class and could finish close. The two joint favourites, ZORTZIKO and ROCKINGANDROLLING take on stronger but have the form to feature. ZORTZIKO was caught late in his post maiden last time while ROCKINGANDROLLING has an impressive record this C & D where she won by over four lengths last time. DENNIS THE MENACE can never be ignored.
1st – ATSO TIME (7/2) (4); 2nd – PINOT NOIR (1); 3rd – ZORTZIKO (33/10 JF) (10); 4th - ROCKINGANDROLLING (33/10 JF) (11); 5th – DENNIS THE MENACE (2)

RACE 2
LAVENDER LANDSCAPE drops in distance but must be respected on good form over slightly further. Discount the latest effort of PANJO as he spread a shoe. Won penultimate this C & D against stronger. Must have a very good chance. VULCAN has good form over shorter but form has been very good. SECRET MAGOK ran below expectations last time. Won two before that run. RAISE THE RED ran well when racing in this company last time. C & D suited.
1st – LAVENDER LANDSCAPE (357/100 JF) (3); 2nd – PANJO (1); 3rd – VULCAN (357/100 JF) (6); 4th - SECRET MAGOK (2); 5th – RAISE THE RED (7)

SARVE won by three lengths on debut last time. The extra should suit. Looks promising. MIDNITE SPIRIT takes on stronger as well but has the form to hold her own at this level. RIVERINE FOREST made a winning debut on the turf last time. Chance if repeating that run on the sand. COSMOGENIC hasn't won for a while but is ideally distance suited. JADE VINE has her problems. Up in class.

BANG SUE has won two from three starts. This will be her strongest test to date and could be worth following. FLAME CAT disappointed against weaker last time. Has run against good fields and has done well. Expect a good run. PARTY PEG has won this C & D and current form is good and she must have a good chance. FIRE DANCING made a winning debut this C & D last time. This will be tougher but must be included. WINTER AL is still a maiden. Made a fair debut last time but Anton Marcus has the ride.

RACE 5
PRECURSOR must have a very good chance on his two latest runs where he won with ease. Both runs were at this track. Hat trick chance. ISPHAN also won his last two, both of which were this C & D. Include this one who can never be left out. FIRE HORSE did not show in a Group 1 at Greyville last time. Makes his track debut and should be a factor. CAPTAIN ELLIO won his maiden at the second attempt last time by the same distance (over 8 lengths) he was beaten on debut. More to do. GREEN ROCK has only run at this track. Won maiden last time at the third attempt. Impressive seven length win but this will be much tougher.
1st – PRECURSOR (11/10 F) (2); 2nd – ISPHAN (1); 3rd – FIRE HORSE (3); 4th - CAPTAIN ELLIO (6); 5th – GREEN ROCK (8)

RACE 6
BREAK OF DAWN won this C & D last time with tons in hand. This is stronger but consider on latest run. TOMORROW'S MISS won against slightly weaker and over further last time. Runs well this C & D and should be respected. MYSTIC EXPRESS has won three from four at this track and has won each of her last three runs. Takes on stronger. LADY OF KILDARE stepped up in class last time and just won. This is one division tougher today. CAPTAIN'S DAUGHTER flits between the divisions and has run well at every level. Yet to race at this track which may hold her back.
1st – BREAK OF DAWN (11/2) (1); 2nd – TOMORROW'S MISS (5); 3rd – MYSTIC EXPRESS (8); 4th - LADY OF KILDARE (7); 5th – CAPTAIN'S DAUGHTER (3/1 F) (3)

JET JAMBOREE has won all of his three starts at this track since gelding looks impressive. During the KZN Winter Season he ran less than five lengths behind JACKSON in the Champions Cup. Respect on that run. UNCLE TOMMY is 1½kg worse off than JET JAMBOREE for a 1.25 length beating last time. Good form though and must be respected. SHADOW LINE won well in a lower division last time. More to find but can run into the trifecta. ISOBAR has run two good runs at this track. TOMMY GUN was not disgraced in his prep run last time. Has a money chance as well.
1st – JET JAMBOREE (18/10 F) (1); 2nd – UNCLE TOMMY (2); 3rd – SHADOW LINE (8); 4th - ISOBAR (9); 5th – TOMMY GUN (6)

TRIP TEASE has excellent form this C & D and against similar opposition. Has a 60% win rate. BLAZING AL should fight this one out. Is 2½kg better off than TRIP TEASE for a 2.75 length beating by the former. Should be a closely fought contest. ROYALSECURITYPOWER takes on the sand for the first time. Has some fair KZN form and runs well this 1000m trip. Has been hanging of late. JADE BAY has runs well in a higher division and runs well this track. TIGER TERRITORY hasn't run since March and could need the run. Good form this C & D.
1st – TRIP TEASE (286/100) (3); 2nd – BLAZING AL (5/2 F) (8); 3rd – ROYALSECURITYPOWER (13); 4th - JADE BAY (1); 5th – TIGER TERRITORY (2)

NTOMBE takes on stronger. Form has been a little bit disappointing but she does appear to run better against stronger. Is unfancied in the ante post betting but she could cause an upset. Could be worth a few place bets. TIGER QUEST runs very well this C & D and has run well against slightly stronger. Good chance in this field. WINTER PASSION showed some improvement against weaker last time. SHIVER 'N SHAKE did find extra late last time. This will be harder. MARGOT ON STAGE is never far back.
1st – NTOMBE (16/1) (4); 2nd – TIGER QUEST (13/10 F) (1); 3rd – WINTER PASSION (2); 4th - SHIVER 'N SHAKE (5); 5th – MARGOT ON STAGE (6)

GUY FROM DUBAI is an unknown factor on the sand. Can win on turf form and is used to most distances. HENRY HIGGINS has been disappointing in recent starts but on his day would have the beating of this field. ALL THE BIDS won his last two, both against decidedly weaker. The latter was in Kimberley. More to do but can place on current form. MISS K weakened badly this C & D last time. PATRIOTIC REBEL has shown improvement on the polytrack at Greyville in his last two. Yet to run at this track but chance on recent runs.
1st – GUY FROM DUBAI (66/10) (13); 2nd – HENRY HIGGINS (1); 3rd – ALL THE BIDS (11); 4th - MISS K (7); 5th – PATRIOTIC REBEL (9/2 F) (4)
