RACE 1

Watch the betting on the first timer, ALICE SPRINGS. Of those that have run, TWILIGHT TIGER may be the best but does not inspire much by way of confidence. CROWN BEARER  has bee off form but is well suited to this C & D. CATCHING ZEDS raids from Durban. May improve. AFRICA'S DELIGHT hasn't raced in almost a year. Improved in latest but may need a run.

RACE 2

RAZZLE MY TAZZLE ran her best race in six last time. Has been placed in four runs to date. BUDDY'S FALCON could be coming back to form but runs for the thirty ninth time! FIELD CAT raids. Can only improve. CAROLE BOUQUET has not raced since April. Lost form before break. LOVE WITHOUT END is a well bred first timer. One to be a bit wary of.

RACE 3

INTANDOKAZI did finish well last time and has placed second in his only start this C & D. WOODSTOCK EXPRESS has some potential but weakened in his last two. Don't ignore. MARSDEN showed considerable improvement last time. Respect. SONG JET disappointed in his second run last time. Was supported that day. LA TOURELLE could have more to find but yard in good form.

RACE 4

WISHFUL HEART ran a vastly improved race last time despite finishing lame. Should be the one to beat. BEST WESTERN won well last time when making his track debut. PAINT YOUR FACE is one who could be coming back to form. CHEDWIN PARK was not too far back when finishing ninth on Tuesday on the turf. JETSCREEN lost it on the line last time.

RACE 5

PRINCESS TANTAN did not get the bets of clear runs last time in her post maiden. Was bumped late. WALKING ON AIR has some good form but weakens late. First run on sand. BAGS OF BOODLE ran an improved race this C & D last time. SHE'S A LOOKER has had two poor runs. Good previous form. NKOMO won at this track last Saturday. Chance if repeating.

RACE 6

SIBYL has been showing good form at this track. Good form this C & D. OLYMPIC SPRING ran a vastly improved race last time. Three from four wins have been this C & D. BREATHLESS could be finding form again. BERMUDA BOWL was slow away last time but did make up some ground. OVERTONE did not show in her post maiden last time. May improve.

RACE 7

ANGEL GABRIEL ran well against stronger last time. Has won and placed this C & D. ARCTIC HOOLIGAN has weakened in his last two but runs well this C & D. PARK RIDGE ran an improved race last time despite not looking as if he was every going to win it. Respect that improvement. DOWN MEXICO WAY has lost form. Could be a surprise if he even somehow placed. EXCALIVAR needs to find more. May improve on sand.

RACE 8

DELIGHTED finished well against stronger last time. Was a head back in third. LAVENDER GIRL never showed on Saturday at this track. Chance on penultimate start. CAPTAIN'S DIVA finished third this C & D last Thursday. Has a definite shout. OPEN THE BANK did run an improved race last time despite weakening late over 1200m. Distance may suit. AMERICAN PIE ran well in Kimberley in his last two starts.
