RACE 1
CAPTAIN BLACKWATER ran very disappointingly last time when backed in to odds on. Never ran accordingly, but may make amends this afternoon. Excellent chance on penultimate start over this C & D. PANGA PANGA is improving but weakens late. NEW FORT makes his debut. Well bred. watch the betting. BLACK AGATE has yet to run a bad race. Cannot ignore trainer/jockey combination. SILVER HONEY BEAR has weakened in both starts but latest effort was decidedly better than his first!
1st – CAPTAIN BLACKWATER (31/20 F) (4); 2nd – PANGA PANGA (6); 3rd – NEW FORT (15); 4th - BLACK AGATE (1); 5th – SILVER HONEY BEAR (19)

RACE 2
SMASHVILLE finished strongly last time when running her best race in three starts. That run was her first this C & D as well. Looks hard to beat on that run and looks to be a good value bet. ALIYSA'S PRIDE overraced last time but still kept on going for second. Good chance on that run. LA DI DA, daughter of VAR, makes her debut. Keep an eye on the betting. SISTER ACT runs for the sixteenth time as a maiden. Not without hope. Place chance more likely. BLACK MARBLE has shown very little in eleven starts but change of jockey will help.
1st – SMASHVILLE (5/1) (18); 2nd – ALIYSA'S PRIZE (18/10 F) (5); 3rd – LA DI DA (13); 4th - SISTER ACT (1); 5th – BLACK MARBLE (2)

RACE 3
AZARENKA was returning from an almost nine month break last time. Has yet to run a bad race in four and was not disgraced in a juvenile feature in February when staying on for third. Looks hard to beat in this field. Stable companion, SAPPHIRE GEM, weakened over further last time. This is her more favoured distance. NIGHT OF STARS was injured in running last time. Should make a fist of it this afternoon. MISTICO LADY must have a chance on penultimate start and jockey change. AROMATICS can place in a seven horse field.
1st – AZARENKA (11/10 F) (2); 2nd – SAPPHIRE GEM (3); 3rd – NIGHT OF STARS (6); 4th - MISTICO LADY (4); 5th – AROMATICS (7)

LOTUS LILY LAKE has been running on strongly in his latest three. Must go close. Biggest threat will come from CAPTAIN ALFREDO who is unbeaten after twoi starts but takes on much stronger. Looks promising. WESTERN MOVIE ran on strongly last time when causing an upset last time. Chance again. DRESSED IN COTTON hasn't won in over a year but has the ability to win again soon. VARISTAR is never far back. Will be running on.
1st – LOTUS LILY LAKE (455/100) (7); 2nd – CAPTAIN ALFREDO (18/10 F) (4); 3rd – WESTERN MOVIE (3); 4th - DRESSED IN COTTON (2); 5th – VARISTAR (6)

FRENCH REVOLUTION has won three from his last four starts, Will be finishing well and has every chance of the hat trick today. SOLID SPEED will also be doing his best work late and should be fighting on at the end. FRIENDLY TIBBS showed some improvement late last time. GREYS INN CONTROL drops quite a bit in class. SURRUPTITIOUS ia slso never far back and also takes that drop in class.
1st – FRENCH REVOLUTION (357/100) (3); 2nd – SOLID SPEED (5/2 F) (6); 3rd – FRIENDLY TIBBS (7); 4th - GREYS INN CONTROL (1); 5th – SURRUPTITIOUS (2)

O'CHEE PAN was not disgraced against stronger last time when running on at the business end of the race. Can make the frame. ROYAL KNOCKOUT has a winning chance if running on. Yet to be placed this distance in five starts. TRIPTOTHESTARS ran very well in his post maiden in a novice plate last time. Warrants respect. LIQUID MERCURY won his maiden this C & D last time. That was his third run. Consider. MASTER'S EYE won his maiden at the fourth attempt last time. May need to confirm.
1st – O'CHEE PAN (37/10) (7); 2nd – ROYAL KNOCKOUT (6); 3rd – TRIPTOTHESTARS (227/100 F) (1); 4th - LIQUID MERCURY (2); 5th – MASTER'S EYE (3)

BABY ME MINE has finished well in each of her last three runs. Can sneak in. GOGREASELIGHTNING has had two good post maiden runs. JET TURBINE has steady form. May find a place.

NONKI POO ran her best race in a while last time when running on against slightly weaker. Could cause a minor upset. ICY WINTER AIR would have won last time had she not hung badly late on. Finished well that day. SURFER GIRL will be racing up there. All depends on whether she runs on or not. ABBEY CREEK won her last three, all over 1600m. One was this C & D. Do not ignore. Very well weighted. Definitely include in all exotics if your budget allows. EARTH'S ORBIT has a chance if repeating penultimate.
1st – NONKI POO (62/10) (3); 2nd – ICY WINTER AIR (5/2 F) (4); 3rd – SURFER GIRL (1); 4th - ABBEY CREEK (5); 5th – EARTH'S ORBIT (2)

AREZZO improved by almost ten lengths in his second start last time when finishing well. ST TROPEZ will improve on a fair debut last time. The distance should suit more. ROYAL DREAMER was slow to go on debut last time but did find a good finish. DARK AVENGER makes his debut. Keep an eye on the betting. WAITING FOR RAIN is inconsistent but three out of his six runs have showed promise.
1st – AREZZO (227/100 JF) (7); 2nd – ST TROPEZ (227/100 JF) (12); 3rd – ROYAL DREAMER (11); 4th - DARK AVENGER (8); 5th – WAITING FOR RAIN (2)
