ASTRAPI has improved in his last three. Should go close. MR PISCATO looks to have scope after his debut run last time. SHAMROCK SKIPPER also made a decent debut lats time and has a shout. OVERSHADOW weakened last time but has a strong chance on penultimate. JIGGERY POKERY is not out of it either on current form.

SABRINA FAIR cannot be faulted on form. Will win her maiden soon. SKIP A BEAT was supported on debut last time. Cannot be ignored. MEA FILIA may improve on a dull debut last time. STEEL PAN BAND makes her debut. Watch the betting. CALL ME DARLING may place. Moderate debut last time.

RACE 3:

THE TRIPSTER has the form to go close and win. MACDUFF showed improvement last time. Ran on after a slow start. RUSSIAN SPEED also improved last time. ALBARAKAH won last time at 25/1. May repeat. CIGAR BOY has raced against stronger. Respect.

RACE 4:

MR BOND stayed on very nicely last time against slightly stronger. IMPERIAL GUARD won his post maiden with a late burst last time over this C & D. Hat trick chance. ANOTHER IDEA drops in class but needs a better finish. PROFESSOR BRIAN showed improvement against stronger last time. MEGAMIND hasn't won in ages. Can place with only 48 kg on his back.

MARINARESCO is still improving. Ran on strongly last time over 1600m. On form, the one to beat. TIGER TOPS also has very good form and has won this C & D. MILTON made sudden improvement last time. Consider. BLACK TRACTOR has a place shout on overall form. MR WISE GUY should prefer the extra this afternoon.

RACE 6:

SHIMMERING LEAVES has some decent form, gets an apprentice claim of 4 kg and drops in class. Should be in the firing line. FROMAFAR has had four good runs, the last three were post maiden efforts. Looks ready for another win. JETS-A-BLAZING ran a cracker last time. Cannot ignore yard. MOONLIGHT 'N ROSES stayed on last time. Money chance in small field. MORE THAN THAT can improve on a mediocre post maiden.

RACE 7:

ROYAL FLYING CORPS has been running well for this jockey. Two very good post maiden runs. SHEPHERDS PURSE improved last two with better finishes. May be pushing hard again. PRINCE OF WALES ran on well to win his maiden last time. Can repeat. PRINCE LATERAL stayed on in his post maiden last time despite being slow away. NEVER SETTLE could be improving.

RACE 8:

SILVER SNAFFLES had excuses last time. Nevertheless looks to be the one to beat ion good form to date. BEZAMOD was pipped latter stages last time this C & D. Vastly improved second run. ZUD WES is improving with each run. Fourth run. One to consider. WINGERED improved by nine lengths second start last time. That was over this C & D. OLIMPIC AIRWAYS can place.

RACE 9:

SUPERCILIOUS is the horse to beat. Stayed on well last time. MOM'S THE WORD has been improving with each run. Could go close. ELUSIVE ROSE has been moderate in both runs thus far. May improve. STOCKADE looks to be better suited to the extra. WORDS OF WISDOM runs for the nineteenth time as a maiden. More to find.
