ZIGGY'S BOY never showed on Thursday. May place. MIESQUE’S SPEED will have something to find to win.

RAIN IN AFRICA has issues but has been rested for six months. May race fresh. JAY RIVER has good form and can run a big race. SHE’S A FLIRT loves this C & D. TESSA DUBOIS is a daughter of COUNT DUBOIS. There could be some improvement for PIPPI SHORTSOCK.

RAFEEF won was unlucky on debut three runs back but then won his next two, both this C & D and for the same jockey. Definite hat trick chance. WILL PAYS ran very well last Thursday at this track, but over shorter. KAPITAN has not won in over a year but can never be ruled out. AMAZING STRIKE has improved in his last two. THE STONE THROWER made a good Vaal debut last time. Can improve on that.

MALING has shown excellent improvement in his two starts since making an inauspicious debut three runs back. ARAMOUSE stayed on when making a good debut last time. AQUABUOY has not shown much thus far but there was some improvement last time. ROARING TIGER has been improving slowly. AQUABUOY has shown some scope and can pop up.

RACE 5:

1-5-11-3-2

NIGHT ON THE HILL was well supported when returning from a break last time. Should strip fitter today. ROSE OF CASTILLE has certainly shown excellent improvement in her last two. Should run a good race. LILY OF THE FORT showed excellent improvement second time out last time. The extra 100m should suit more. NOW YOU SEE HER has had three good runs. Could be rewarded for consistency. LINDY LU is another improver.

RACE 6:

2-1-3-5-7

TIGER FLAME showed some improvement with a change of yard last time. Has run well this C & D before. DREAM GALAXY did not show against stronger last time. Can do well if finishing well. POLYPHONIC did not show in the Fillies Guineas last time. Better this company. BRAVO MAYA has the ability to earn something. NIKKI has useful post maiden form.

RACE 7:

8-6-1-2-4

DESERT DESTINY is improving and has been running on well. Yard and jockey in very good form. DANGEROUS DIVA made very good improvement when staying on last time. MRS BADER had two good maiden runs before winning her maiden at the third attempt last time. A promising sort who should get even better. RUNALONG also had good maiden form before winning her maiden last time. BEAUTIFUL SHAY is a tad too inconsistent but can earn on her day.

RACE 8:

1-4-10-12-8

LEEULOOP JET may improve with the blinkers and he also drops in class which could benefit. Will make all the exotics pay. TOM FOOL won't give in without a fight. CAPTAIN LEON ran his best race since winning his debut run five runs back. SUMMIT improved in his last two. GREY’S A ROCKIN has to be respected on yard and jockey combination.
