QUEEN OF THRONES has a chance on an improved effort last time. RUBY DUCHESS has consistent form. Runs well this distance. ITALIAN MISS had been improving in KZN. May make an impact today. SELFPROPELLED look as if he is improving again. VELVET ORCHID was improving in KZN. Chance in PE.

A competitive field in which there are quite a few with winning chances. LEMON LILY has been knocking on the door. Form could be good enough. Has placed second this C & D. INCADESCENCE has improved since moving from the Highveld. Very good chance as well. NEW DEAL has consistent form and should earn something. COUNT’S QUEST has the form and will have the blinkers on today. Watch! LESSFLASHMORECASH could be coming back to form. Coughing last time.

STORMING HOME ran an improved run on Friday when going down by just over a length to THE CAT. Has a chance on that run. CONQUERING QUEEN has the consistent form to follow. Has won this C & D and should be right there. ALL THE BIDS ran on strongly to win this C & D last time. Can repeat. NETHERBY HALL can go close if finding a good finish. KIRKBY NINJA disappointed on Friday, but had better form before that in his previous two.

FLYING FELLOW does not always keep to a straight course late but is a honest sort and is never too far back. GRAPE VINE has been running on. GLOBAL EXPRESS could be coming back to form. KONO leaves his run too late. Capable on his day. CREVASSE needs to find best form.

RACE 6:

2-6-10-3-1

DURBAN BEACH has consistent Cape Town form. Could be the one to beat in PE. Top yard. BONFIRE HEART is improving but will need to find a stronger finish. FIRE HORSE won on his PE debut last time. Can follow up. SIMPLY BLACK has had his issues but on his day can win this race. BANK IT weakens but is never far back.

ON MY WITS ALONE has been running on in his last few runs. Can go close if repeating. FLICKER had decent form before winning last time over the distance. BOLLEMAKIESIE also won last time but over further. Has the form. RIPPIT WHIPPET has improved in PE. JUST TOO EARLY was staying on in an improved run last time.

PIPETTE will be doing her best work late and has good form. Top jockey. TYPHOON TESS has been ultra consistent. Has ABASHIRI'S jockey from Saturday aboard. GILL'S FANCY is improving again. Ignore the latest run of A P IKHAJA. He was carried out last time and could not get going thereafter. TONY THE REBEL did not show last time.

RACE 9:

CHERRY ORCHARD has the form to win. Ran on well to win last time. NATURAL TAN can benefit from the drop in class. Is consistent. STARSTEPPER has improved and ran on late last time. THORNBIRD ran well in her post maiden last time. Can challenge. GIRL IN TIME shows her best form this C & D.
