With a week remaining to the start of the Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale, more than 70% of the yearlings on offer have arrived at the TBA Sales Complex in Germiston and are ready for viewing. The balance will arrive over the weekend and so potential buyers have 5 full days from Sunday 22nd April to view the lots before bidding commences at 11h00 on Friday, 27th April.

The sale will not be broadcast live on television this year but can be viewed via the BloodStock South Africa webcam on our website www.tba.co.za. There will be numerous updates on the activity in the sales ring on Tellytrack on both days of the sale.

Tellytrack will also be screening a special programme called the Lifeblood of Racing at 20h00 on Monday, 23rd April. The programme will have insight into the National Yearling Sale and is a salute to South African Thoroughbred Breeders who continuously strive to breed champions who can excel on the world stage.
