At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Sunday, 16 August 2015, Jockey N Juglall (pictured), the rider of BIG CITY, was found guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding BIG CITY in Race 1 at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Sunday, 21 June 2015, in that near the 900m, he allowed his mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently clear, thereby resulting in TIP OF BORNEO (J Powell) having to check out across the heels of BIG CITY and shifting outwards inconveniencing GALLANT HEIGHTS (App J See) and XZUBERANCE (CW Brown). 

When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, the degree of interference and carelessness. Jockey Juglall was suspended from riding in races with effect from Monday, 17 August 2015 until Sunday, 23 August 2015 both dates inclusive (two Singapore Race Days).  He was advised of his Right of Appeal.
