DUAL GROUP 1 WINNER MAKE BELIEVE TO BALLYLINCH

This year's impressive Poule d'Essai des Poulains winner MAKE BELIEVE will take up stallion duties next year at Ballyinch Stud, standing alongside their successful sires Lawman, Lope De Vega (IRE), Dream Ahead, Intense Focus and Beat Hollow. Unbeaten as a juvenile, MAKE BELIEVE landed his second Group 1 when taking the Prix de la Foret in October this year, defeating Group 2 winner Limato (IRE) and National Stakes victor Toormore (IRE) in a course record time. John O'Connor, managing director of Ballylinch Stud, said of his latest recruit, “I love the horse, especially his speed. His win in the Prix de la Foret was hugely impressive- he wasn't even fully extended to break the track record. Andre Fabre was also a huge fan of the horse and he said he had enough speed to be a top sprinter.”

Being a son of Makfi, MAKE BELIEVE comes from the Dubawi (IRE) sire line and is out of Rosie's Posy (IRE), a winning half-sister to Sprint Cup winner Tante Rose (IRE) and Sweet Solera Stakes winner Bay Tree (IRE). Rosie's Posy (IRE) has produced three other winners including dual Grade 1 winner Dubawi Heights.

MAKE BELIEVE will stand for a fee of €20,000.
