#5 Lil Red Rooster: Made three starts as a juvenile last season, and finished the runner up in his final race as a baby, since then he has been gelded and rested for 138 days, but he should not need the run, seeing that he loves this course and distance. Warren Kennedy retains the ride for trainer Gavin Van Zyl.

2nd, 3rd, 4th: #4 Sir Edmund, #6 Varadiso, #15 The Reformation

Race 2

#12 Danish Cross: Produced a moderate debut over six furlongs on this course, that run should of brought her on a ton, and she will be a lively contender in this race if she has made the expected improvement back home. Motivated jockey Randall Simons does duty for conditioner Duncan Howells.

2nd, 3rd, 4th: #7 Captains Moll, #14 Rainbowinthesky, #13 Hurry Home

Race 3

#15 Tropical Blow: Ran surprisingly well first time out, to finish the runner up over six furlongs on this course, she is bred to go a lot further than that, and will relish the extra 200m in this event. She would have improved hand over fist since making her introduction to racing and will take a power of beating under apprentice Diego De Gouveia who takes the ride for trainer Paul Lafferty.

2nd, 3rd, 4th: #1 Pippin, #2 Last Summer, #12 Malhama

Race 4

#4 Music World: Is a rapidly improving sort, she finished third in her last outing and has been put away for 116 days since then, and will be very competitive in this field if she is fit and ready to race. Decent apprentice Diego De Gouveia climbs aboard her for the Belinda Impey yard.

2nd, 3rd, 4th: #3 Fantasy Lady, #10 Queens Beach,  #1 Lala

Race 5  

#6 Enlightenment: Has won two on the bounce and bids for a hatrick of wins in this contest, she looks very progressive, and has loads of potential. She loves this course and distance, and will have every chance under jockey Randall Simons, who steps up for trainer Duncan Howells.

Race 6

#3 No Worries: Returns to racing after finishing third Marinaresco in the Grade 1 Champions Cup, if he reproduces that performance, he will be very hard to beat in this pinnacle stakes. Warren Kennedy retains the ride for the conditioner Gavin Zyl.

2nd, 3rd, 4th: #6 Ashton Park, #5 Sylvester The Cat, #10 Purple Mountains

Race 7

#1 Gunner: Makes his much anticipated return to racing after winning the Grade 1 Premier Champions Cup to round of his juvenile season. He is a seriously talented sort, who is only on the way up, he will take an absolute power of beating under hard working jockey Brandon Lerena who takes the ride for the Paul Gadsby stable.

2nd: #2 Palladium, #9 My Pal Al, #6 Marshall That

Race 8

#5 Aramouse: Has produced two pleasing efforts on the poly, but he will be equally effective back on grass, he is a very well sort being a brother to Grade 2 Emerald Cup winner the Mouseketeer. Expect a bold effort from with him with regular rider Marco Van Rensburg up for the Weiho Marwing yard.

2nd, 3rd, 4th: #4 Seventh Moment, #6 Eternal Ice, #7 Albert

Race 9

#3 Beckedorf: Produced a smart effort last time out, when winning over this course and distance with jockey, Morne Winnaar who will once again do duty for trainer Corinne Bestel. He will go very close to following up in this contest from a good draw.

2nd, 3rd, 4th: #6 Lily Gray, #5 Good To Give, #9 Shoot The Bull
