The China Horse Club has enacted a racing and breeding 'coup'  of sorts, by buying into the world's leading racehorse. 

California Chrome has been acquired in part by the Teo Ah Khing led, China Horse Club,  a visionary organization or club of. horse owners with varied investments in thougrougbreds and other luxury investments. With a growing band of broodmares, it now means that when California Chrome is retired to stud at Taylor Made Farms, he will likely have an excellent first set of mares. Notwithstanding the fact that the Horse of the Year has current engagements in the Breeders' Cup and Pegasus World Cup.
