Barrier Trials in Kzn has been approved by trainers and the Gold Circle management and board.

They will apply to all unraced runners and trials will begin as of November 2017. Many in the industry have been calling for barrie trials on order to elimate the idea of first timers winning with betting coups being operated. The industry needs more owners and the trainers believe this will enhance the prospect of more owners getting involved due to the higher degree of transparency. The barrier trials will be undertaken under full NHA rules.
