Race 1
Major Return was impressive on debut when just over three lengths behind Big Voice Jack after losing two lengths at the start. Forries At Five should improve with the run after a nine length defeat first time out. Melchizedek has Striker in the irons for the second effort after a 7.9 lengths defeat first time out. Place chance

Race 2
Tough race to access with numerous juveniles in with a chance on form. Preference goes to the less than a length beaten Elusive Butterfly on debut. Smart effort at long odds. Should improve markedly. Awayinthewoods was a tad disappointing when having a chance to win last time out in weaker. Place chance now. Abelie was close up to Wings Of Light last time out when setting the pace. Chance again.

Race 3
Tudor Manor seems to be a pacy type and this is the fittest he will be and may just hold on for the win here. Royal Cavalier was a decent 4. 75 lengths of first time out and cold improve further for a decent effort. Lion King wasn't beaten far last time and may find another useful effort for his fans here.

Race 4
Carmelita won on her return and could go onto victory again. Quick filly who will enjoy the minimal MR increase for that win.
Celestina is coming down in the ratings and this could be the right race for her even after returning from a layoff. The running on effort to Kissable last time out was interesting. Has technically dropped from an (75 prior) 81 to a 74 after the 1 March MR increase. Modjadji is in fine form af the Vaal and Kimberley. Could run a place again.

Race 5
Elegancia was favored last time and over raced. Much better than that and could enjoy this event over slightly shorter. Was a good second over the mile penultimate. Hungry Heart may have the weight now to prevent another win. Good form though. Runs for Strydom. Ossetra drops another two points and is right in this race again. Maybe come a bit too soon from previous.

Race 6
Jika is better weighted than Soldier On behind Infamous Fox and that is the formline to beat in this event.
Soldier On ran another nice race behind the from franked Infamous Fox. Second run after rest. Missouri has the feature form but has disappointed since the Dingaans. Dropped by 4 points. May need further drop before winning.

Race 7
Tough maiden to access, moderate lot with preference for Oona who has the most improvement after an almost 7 length defeat first time out after slow off. More to offer. Cape Robin was improved last time in a weak field. Dance Dance could improve to run a decent race here after an average debut effort.

Race 8
Empress Valley is going for four in a row and could do it from an ok draw versus the badly drawn but better weighted Itsmydarlin who is the main danger. Glamorous Scandal is better weighted with these two and is the first selection from Empress Valley and Itsmydarlin. Should be close contest though. My Cherry, if more consistent would have a big chance, is the best weighted of the above three on form. Drawn well.
