Race 1

FARARANGA has been in decent form of late with an excellent second recently and for an in form stable. Las Salinas has the most improvement to make and expected to run on nicely in this event. Fuyu was disappointing last time out and should improve here.

Race 2
Mantracker is the obvious one on form after two very nice seconds. Both close up. One to beat. Smart Deal was behind Village Green last time out and a good second prior. Kamakura has decent form but held by others.

Race 3
Lord Silverio is on the up and seems to be getting better with every run. Looks destined for the features. Top Shot won a nice race last time and merit respect in this company. Secret Captain was poor last time when more expected. Should improve here.

Race 4
Stormborne Thunder was well beaten in last time out when favourite. Expect more. Doreen Falls comes off the same formline and should be behind the first selection. Lana Turner is drawn really wide and could swop form with Doreen Falls.

Race 5
Mambo Model is dropping in the ratings and could follow with another win here. Two average post maiden efforts to date but the MR drop is interesting. Seeking Gold was close last time and could follow up with a placing. Barbie Doll was close up twice now. Place again.

Race 6
Puget Sound has been running against stronger of late and just won a graduation plate to confirm the form. Should win again. Shogun again flopped at Scottsville after a smashing win in Gauteng. Expect more. D'Arrivee was behind the progressive Lord Silverio and could place here.

Race 7
Saragon may defy the penulty for a third win in four starts. Interesting race. Rouge Allure is suffering under the latest penulty but could pick up a placings here. Pilgrim's Progress was much better last time out and could place.

Race 8
Gimme Hope Johanna has a hefty penulty to deal with but could defy that penulty. Amanika could follow the two smart latest efforts with a place here. One to watch. Onamission has lost a bit of form. But could place in this company.

Race 9
Ossetra has the apprentice allowance which could bring her into thid event after some decent runs. Goede Hoop just broke the maiden and could follow up with a placed effort here. Dawn Flight was poor last time but could revert to penultimate form. Watch.
