Inquiry – Jockey S’manga Khumalo

The National Horseracing Authority confirms that at an inquiry held in Johannesburg on 25 November 2009, Jockey S’manga Khumalo was charged with a contravention of Rule 77 read in conjunction with Rule 77.1.2, in that he failed to present himself for the taking of a breathalyser test and urine sample for analysis when instructed to do so at the Turffontein Racecourse on 10 October 2009.
