Race 1
More Magic should have won by now and should go very close today. Big runner. Ladder Man is open to the improvement and lost ground at the start on his debut. The biggest danger. Banjo On My Knee should improve again for a place. Coming on nicely. Watch betting on the first timer, Deposition. Well bred.

Race 2
On form a few dominate here. Seattle Force ran a very nice race last time only just being beaten. Larry Jack was behind the excellent Charles just out run in the final stages. Apollo Ace has some nice form and is coming along nicely. Should challenge in this interesting contest. Potawatomi is back to 1400 where he ran second to Carnage whose formline is strong. Very open contest.

Race 3
Elusive Diva pulled last time and was eased out in the straight. Ignore that run. Nice opportunity to win here. Hello Summer is up in distance and has decent form. Hither Green should be in the mix after the run to Brave Mary. Form franked. But has had chances.

Race 4
Brandenburg was an excellent second last time out after decent form prior. Decent draw. Giant Flag is in fine form and has an opportunity here to run close again. Sark is an enigma. Not sure of his correct distance. Bred for the stars but so disappointing.

Race 5
Spectra Force has the apprentice claim 4kg weight off and is down in the MR again. Never has had a better opportunity to win. Big runner. Gimmie A Cohiba is down in class and could go close here. Some nice runs post maiden in better. Streetfighting Man ran in a feature post maiden. Looks a nice strayer in the making.

Race 6
Silver Master is ultra consistent and should run close again. Winning again is not far off. This could be the day. Red Eight has run a few nice contests of last. Just off them. Para Handy has been runner up twice in last two. Should be in the shake up again.

Race 7
Weston has the apprentice claim and has been running in much better than this. Back in trip though but could try to go gun to tape with the weight off. Front runner. Returns from a 24 week break. It Is What It Is was a good third last time but had the apprentice claim then. Will be trying to lead as well. Should be right there. Passion Peach also from the same form as It Is What It is but runs on. Maybe interesting if the top two fight for the lead up front.

Race 8
Love Of My Life should beat Favola on the weight turnaround but it is a close thing. Great latest. Favola won nicely last time at long odds but had the form to do so. Up in the MR for the win but has more to offer. After Glow is in the handicaps for the first time after the maiden win. Will be right there. Loads of improvement to come. Drawn wide.
