Internationals Win!

The International Team made a clean sweep of the final event to take the International Jockeys Challenge at Turffontein.

The local riders had been 157-143 up going into Race 8, but the final score ended 215-185 to the International team after they filled the first four positions.

Hayley Turner won the race on At Home, as well as the opening leg on Al Borak, and took home individual honours with 75 points.

S’Manga Khumalo had notched both the second and third heats courtesy of Kirconnel Lass and Sporting Monarch, and was second with a tally of 71.
