Ferraris Set to hand in Hong Kong Training Licence

Numerous Reports eminating from Hong Kong is that South African David Ferraris is likely to turn in his Licence to train in the Chinese SAR next week.

Just last week HKJC announced the arrival of a champion New Zealand trainer, Jamie Richards, in its licencing committee decision.

Trainer David Ferraris will likely withdraw his licence on Wednesday after the night meeting.

Ferraris is said to be frustrated with certain rules and not getting enough support from the owner base. He certainly has had his time in Hong Kong with some brilliant horses.

His best horse ever was the former record earner VENGEANCE OF RAIN who went on to win Dubai Sheema Classic in 2007 ridden by another South African, Anthony Delpech.

It is unknown to date of Ferraris will stay in Hong Kong or move back to South Africa.
