Japan Racing Horse Association (JRHA) announces 243 yearlings and 244 foals are catalogued for 2024 JRHA Select Sale on Monday July 8th and Tuesday July 9th at Northern Horse Park near New Chitose Airport. Catalogue Index is already up on JRHA’s website, https://www.jrha-selectsale.com/

It is still fresh memory that Equinox(JPN) was unbeaten through four starts in 2023, including G1/Japan Cup in November, which he won by four lengths, and recognized as the world highest rated horse with official rating of 135.

And JRHA is proud of the bravest performance of Forever Young(JPN) at Churchill Downs on May 4th, when the Japanese-bred colt was narrowly beaten third in G1/Kentucky Derby. The winner of G3/Saudi Derby and G2/UAE Derby was bought at yearling session of JRHA Select Sale in 2022 for 98,000,00yen, US$725,926.

Catalogue of 2024 JRHA Select Sale includes 13 yearlings and 19 foals by Kitasan Black(JPN), sire of Equinox, and 7 yearlings and 5 foals by Real Steel(JPN), sire of Forever Young.

And catalogue features three foals by Flightline(USA), US Champion in 2022, and one foal by Baaeed(GB), European Champion in 2022. JRHA Select Sale could be first opportunity for first crop by the champions to be offered at public auction.
