Oisin Murphy set for Mumbai Again

Oisin Murphy is set to return to India, riding for top trainer Pesi Shroff in the Indian 2000 Guineas at Mahalaxmi Racecourse on December 22.

This marks Murphy's third visit to India, following his successes aboard Shroff-trained Jendayi in last season's Indian 1000 Guineas and Indian Oaks. The UK champion jockey will again aim to make an impact in one of the country's premier Classic races.He will ride Santissimo.

Murphy's international travel schedule continues to be one of the most demanding in the sport. Over the past two and a half months, he has competed in the United States, Canada, Spain, Bahrain, France, and South Africa, balancing these appearances alongside his commitments in England.

With his return to Mumbai, Murphy reinforces his reputation as a truly global jockey while continuing his winning partnership with Shroff in Indian Classics.
