J J The Jet Plane is due to leave England after his largely disappointing campaign with Richard Hannon in the United Kingdom.
Souces close to the stable have confirmed to SAHorseracing.COM that J J The Jet Plane will return home to Lucky Houdalakis's racing stable and attempt South African sprint races in the new year.
The big horse ran four times in four weeks in England over the past month and it seems as though he needs a well earned rest and back to home surrounds would do him no harm.
The exciting news for South African's is that they will likely see the star back to his best on home turf and hopefully attempt an overseas race when back to his best form. If so, he will become the first South African horse to return home and then go back overseas for a second tilt at an international race.
