RACE 1:Maiden Plate 1200m Bend

GOLDEN RUSE has scope for improvement on a moderate debut run. He takes on a weak field and should do well. FATHERANDSONS has been close up in his last few runs. He should be involved at the end. ROXHILL runs on Saturday. His form is very nice and he should find the frame. BURNITLIKEBECKHAM never showed last time but on his penultimate he has to go close. TAMBURLAND is a battling sort and may earn.

RACE 2:Maiden Plate (F&M) 2400m Bend

MISS MADDIE has been close in her last few and this trip should suit her. She looks the one to beat. CHOSEN KID is a battling sort but she always runs into the money. She has a big chance to finally win. LADY SPECIAL needs to repeat her penultimate run to have any chance. TAZA DE PLATA has some to find to win it. ROSIE TIBB looks the best of the rest.

RACE 3:Maiden Plate (F&M) 1600m Bend

ARISTA wasn't beaten by far on debut last time. She will be better over this trip and can be the right one. KIND LADY is another battling sort who has a huge chance of cracking it today. VIVACE can start to improve now. She hasn't shown the promise expected. JUBILANTE ran her best race last time out and she has claims on that. JULLIARD can sneak a place here too.

RACE 4:MR 78 Hcp (F&M) 1600m Bend

SOUTINI was outclassed last time out. Back in this company she must be a big runner. FANCY PARK is best at this track and can return to winning ways. ESOTERIC won easily last time and Felix Coetzee rides her again. She can follow up. KARUBA is never beaten by far and she should run another honest race here. GRECIAN BANNER is in with a light weight and could upset.

RACE 5:MR 88 Hcp 2000m Bend

SNIPER ran an honest race last time out in a good field. He could be the right one. FOREST OF DEAN is the form of the race and on his last two runs he will be involved. BLAKE was well beaten last time out but has a massive chance on an easy penultimate win. MARCHING THRU is much better at Durbanville and he should run a better race than in his last effort. PATH OF PEACE has a place chance on recent form.

RACE 6:MR 87 Hcp 1400m Bend

CHIPPENDALE has plenty class and looks the one to beat. ROSESTONE was just beaten by CHIPPENDALE last time out. There is little to suggest he can reverse the form but he should run well. PRISMATIC ran a bad race in his penultimate but barring that his form was very good and must be included. CANUTE was well beaten last time out but at the weights he can go well. ROYAL CHALON had a brilliant 3-year-old career and has got lost since. He is more than capable.

RACE 7:MR 80 Hcp 1400m Bend

NELSON AN NAPOLEON was well fancied last time out and ran on well to win. He can complete the double. MOTORIZED came back to best last time out. He can confirm the run here. BISCUIT is never beaten by far an he should be in the shake up again. GOLDEN IVORY ran below best last time out. He has some to find to win but can sneak a place. CROWN HILL has strong place claims.

JOE'S LEGACY is the form of the race and that could prove the big swinger in his favour here. HOWDOULIKEMENOW has class but his last run he showed nothing. He can come back here and run well. ACT WITH HONOUR was outclassed last time out but he should run a better race here. WISE CHOICE aims for the hat-trick here. He may have some to find to win it though. SIX TO SIX is never beaten by far. He should earn.
