There are six races on the card from Singapore on Sunday with the Group 3 Three Rings Trophy (race 10) the highlight of the day.
But although the $200,000 classic has attracted a top field, the talented SUPER EASY looks a certainty at the conditions of the race and should win with the luxury weight of just 54kg.
The 3YO son of DARCI BRAHMA has taken all before him winning six from six since arriving in Singapore last year and trainer Michael Freedman looks to have found the perfect race to extend the streak to seven.
Obviously he is up against some nice types in WON’T STOP, DISTINCTION and RAFAGA, but with some analysts rating SUPER EASY the second best horse in Singapore behind the International Group winner, ROCKET MAN, he should win at the conditions and win easily.
And while the other races on the card are not in the same league as the Three Rings Trophy, there are some nice in-form horses to follow and last start winners CALIFORNIA STAR (race 9), PALOMBARO (race 11) and DYNASTY KNIGHT (race 12) can all win again.
It is a mixed surface meeting with races 7, 8, 9 and 11 on the all-weather Polytrack and races 10 and 12 on the Short Course (D), Turf.
Best Bets; CALIFORNIA STAR (Race 9, win), SUPER EASY (race 10, win) and RECYCLE TRIUMPH (race 8, long-shot).
Bankers for Jackpots: Race 9 (5) race 10 (1), race 11 (1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 11) and race 12 (field).

RACE 7: BIG EASY 2005 HANDICAP OPEN BENCHMARK 74 - 1800M (POLYTRACK) TIME: 15:55 PRIZE MONEY: S$75000
Larry says, "Plenty of depth to this race and the fact I have left out two last start winners - QUINTA DE LAGO and BY LAW - out of my top couple of picks is testament to that. Both can win again but with so many others with their hoofs on the proverbial till, I think it's best to look elsewhere and EL PERIGO as good as chance as any. The STARCRAFT 4YO has only had 11 race starts and shown more than enough at his last couple to think he goes close today. Drawing the inside gate is a significant factor given he will race handy and could be hard to run down late. DEJAYAL hasn't drawn that well (gate nine) but looks set to run a big race in what is a very suitable affair. He won the last time he was over this type of distance on the Poly and with winkers upgraded to blinkers, could deliver the knock-out blow. Down in the weights it will pay to keep an eye on ITISWHATITIS - he is in super form and often value - with most others some hope."

RACE 8: REALLY GOOD 2004 HANDICAP CLASS 5 (2) (CLAIMING RIDERS ONLY) - 1200M (POLYTRACK) TIME: 16:30 PRIZE MONEY: S$35000
Larry says, "Obviously in a 'Division 2' Class 5 race for claiming riders only it is hard to be confident but RAPID REWARDS and SPIDER KING look the two horses to be on. Both have drawn awkwardly but both showed last start they are in form and can win. I have RAPID REWARDS on top on the fact he raced well fresh at his last two starts and doesn't need to find much extra to win in this weak field. Likewise SPIDER KING doesn't need to find much and if he is within striking distance when needed, he goes mighty close. Both horses also appeal given that their main rivals on paper, CHAN'S ELECTRA and ZAC IMPERIAL, are usually disappointing with support and happy to leave them to others punters. The race may be a raffle so a ticket on RECYCLE TRIUMPH might be not a bad move at long odds given he had no hope last start and will certainly benefit from the outing. "

RACE 9: NINETYFIVE EMPEROR 2003 HANDICAP CLASS 4 (2) - 1000M (POLYTRACK) TIME: 17:00 PRIZE MONEY: S$55000
Larry says, "Trainer Bruce Marsh looks to have found a perfect race for CALIFORNIA STAR to continue the great start to his career and the exciting 3YO should win. His debut second behind the record equaling SPEEDY CAT had him in most 'black books' and his subsequent win (and obviously SPEEDY CATS form) suggests Class 4 is no issue and one to follow through the grades. The field is not overly strong, so he will be short in the betting but anything bar a win would be disappointing. Who runs second is the interesting question with a couple of relative newcomers to Singapore - HONEST TRUTH and ROYCE - having some say. Of the two, HONEST TRUTH showed more at his Kranji debut and is worth a look although it will pay to keep ROYCE very safe as he had no luck at his first run in Singapore where he did have some support. Of the rest it will also pay to keep an eye on KINGTRAP (at odds) in what looks a suitable race with obviously NATURALBORNFIGHTER thereabouts with no weight, a nice gate and Joao Moreira on-board."

RACE 10: THREE RINGS TROPHY GROUP 3 (3&4YO) (CW) (RIDER ALLOWANCES NOT PERMITTED) - 1400M COURSE D (SC) (TURF TRACK) TIME: 17:30 PRIZE MONEY: S$200000
Larry says, "SUPER EASY could be the most aptly named horse - bar ROCKET MAN - in Singapore. The DARCI BRAHMA 3YO colt has cruised through the ranks winning relatively easily at six Singapore starts and with just 54kg today, that golden run should continue. The remarkable statistic from his Singapore career is that 54kg will equal the top weight he has carried (when he won on debut in Class 4) and his race record is testament to not only his ability but Michael Freedman's race selection. He should 'just win', but of course he will be at ridiculous odds and exotics do look the go. WON'T STOP, RAFAGA and DISTINCTION look the obvious choices for second and race tactics (who takes SUPER EASY on?) plays a part in the order. Forget the rest and 'go you good thing'."

RACE 11: SKY SHYSTER 2002 HANDICAP CLASS 3 - 1100M (POLYTRACK) TIME: 18:05 PRIZE MONEY: S$75000
Larry says, "A few of the top fancies ran into each other at their last start and the winner on that occasion, PALOMBARO, can win again after drawing well and not that badly penalised at the weights. He jumps from gate six at worst and when you consider SQUALL LINE, KAISER and POPI POPI have drawn gates 13, 11 and 10 respectively, he does have the upper hand. Add the fact the Bruce Marsh-trained 6YO is only up 2kg on what was an impressive enough win and with seven victories on this surface, he is easy to have on top. Obviously he has some nice types on his tail and not much between SQUALL LINE, KAISER and POPI POPI with perhaps the lightly raced WINONTOP the other to consider."

RACE 12: OUR ARISTOTLE 2001 HANDICAP CLASS 4 - 1400M COURSE D (SC) (TURF TRACK) TIME: 18:35 PRIZE MONEY: S$55000
Larry says, "I make no apologies for the fact we have made a winning case for 10 or of runners in this field. And I make no apologies for taking the relatively easy option of putting the last start winner, DYNASTY KNIGHT, on top. The race is tough, anyone can win, but DYNASTY KNIGHT won too well not to think he is in fine form and the claim certainly helps his cause today. And with so much depth and punters with short memories, he might just go off at each-way odds again which would be a bonus. I won't mention all the other strong hopes but it will pay to watch CAVORTING and THE CINDERELLA MAN who both wear blinkers for the first time and both might be value. Good luck."
