Race 1
1-8-9-7

1# Bubbly Reply: Is in very good nick at the moment, and should yet again go close, under jockey Gareth Wright, with whom he gets along very well. His wide draw is not a concern.

8# Flying Fool: Has been a runner up in his last three outings, but it is a concern that he has not been rounding off his races, however he should once again be involved in the finish.

# 9 Mr Tinsel: Must be given another chance over this trip, after failing to run into the money last time out.

7# Querari Viking: Disappointed in his latest racetrack experience, however he is lightly raced, and is capable of bouncing back. He must be inculded in all quartets, on his penultimate run.  

Race 2
4-1-6-7

4# Samurai Blade: Is a quality individual, he is extremely well handicapped here, and should go very close under the legendary Pierre "Striker"' Strydom.

1# Jubilee Line: Won a good race last time out, and is the biggest threat to the top selection.

6# Nephrite: Was a length behind the second selection in his most recent race, he ran on smartly and will once again be right there.

7# Ungai: Should have ran a lot better than he did in his latest racetrack experience, but he will be a lot better this trip, and cannot be left out of equation.

Race 3
4-5-8-9

4# Lisnoble: Disappointed in his latest performance, but he is a true miler who takes on horses who prefer further, he will be a major factor if he reproduces his prior form. He gets along well with quality jockey, Raymond Danielson.

5# Capuche: Was a winner last time out, and will once again be right there if he brings his A game to the track.
8# Secret Lover: Finished runner up in his most recent race, and should once again feature here.

9# Champions Cup: Has produced two below par efforts as of late, but he enjoys this trip and carries a very low mass.

Race 4
1-6-4-8

10# Miss Turbo: May have only been beaten by experience on debut, she was a runner up on that ocassion, and can go one better here. She enjoys having jockey Jarryd Penny up.

6# Princess Violet: Improved nicely last time out, and should have a say in this race if she holds her form.

4# Cool Escape: Made solid improvement in her latest performance, and should be involved in the finish, if reproducing that run.

8# Fish River Canyon: Produced a good effort on debut, but that was over much shorter and it will be interesting to see if she stays.

Race 5
5-4-2-1

5# Hypothermic: Produced a solid post maiden effort, when finishing runner up. He is a huge runner if he sees out the trip. He responds very well to jockey, Karl Zechner.

4# Boy Boy: Is very consistent, he has no issues with the distance, and should be running on strongly towards the finish.

2# Silver Peg: Ran an honest third last time out, he is always there and there abouts, and should once again be right there. He should have no issues with the trip.

1# Henry Higgins: Carries top weight, however he is a decent stayer who is in good form at the minute, and cannot be left out of quartets.

Race 6
9-3-1-10

9# My Funny Valentine: Was decent as a juvenile, and will be a major factor in this race if she shows form as a three year old. She gets the services of capable jockey, Julius Mariba.

3# Hollie Point: Ran a moderate race last time out, but should be whole lot better over this shorter trip. Expect an honest performance.

1# Crown Of Roses: Carries a hefty mass, but should be right in the thick of it when the race moves towards the business end.

10# Pool Party: Won a Novice Plate in her latest performance, she clearly has ability, and cannot be left out of the equation.

Race 7
1-7-5-11

1# Kangaroo Jack: Can win the first graded stakes of the season. He returns from a break, but should be fit and ready. He gets the services of Andrew Fortune, a former champion jockey.

7# Thrust: Is one of the most consistent horses in training today, and should give another good account of himself here.

5# Mod Barley: Finished third in a Pinnacle last time out, and should be involved in the finish.

11# Kostya Zu: Enjoys this trip, and even though he may not have winning prospects, he is must for quartets.

Race 8
9-1-6-4

9# Quattro: Made solid improvement last time out, and will have serious claims to this race if he holds his form. He runs for jockey, Chase Maujean.

1# Cannes: Is the top weight, but he must be considered on a good win last time out, he is capable over this course and distance, and should be involved in the finish.

6# High Game: Returns from a break, but should be fit and ready. He is very versatile distance wise, which will always be his favour.

4# All Night Flight: Has been holding his form very nicely, and should once again be right there.

Race 9
1-8-3-5

1# Flowing Gown: Is the top weight here, but she is in cracking form at the moment, and runs well for jockey, Chase Maujean.

8# Gold Shades: Ran a decent race last time out, and should produce another honest effort here.

3# Pearl Valley: Was a good maiden winner in her latest performance, and can build on that in this weak handicap.

5# In The Web: Ran on strongly to break her maiden in her most recent race, she should feature in this contest, on handicap debut.

Best Bet: Samurai Blade 1/1, Miss Turbo 12/10, My Funny Valentine 15/10,
Value Bet: Lisnoble 7/1 Quattro 12/1
