News coming out of Hong Kong is that top trainer, David Ferraris has purchased the SA Classic winner, Lobo’s Legend.

The former South African Champion trainer purchased the Soma trained horse for a Syndicate. Ferraris was also active during the recent National Sales for other Hong Kong clients.

LOBO'S LEGEND is a obvious absentee from the SA Derby on Saturday and will likely be on the  next shipment to Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Jockey Club will also be simulcasting Derby day from Turffontein with the Derby, the Computaform Sprint and the Champions Challenge in the bouquet. They won't be covering the Triple Tiara attempt of Takingthepeace in the Oaks.
