Brave Move to The front and wins

The Adam Marcus trained Brave Move beat a handy group in the listed Ladies Mile at Kenilworth in soft conditions to again defy the handicappers and win her fifth race in a row.

The four year old Horse Chestnut filly made a forward move at the 400m mark and put the field to bed as she accelerated past the field including the very nice front running Call To Account. It was impressive.

The filly has been well placed by Marcus Racing and he has cherry picked all her runs to date which has added to her excellent record. Without extending her into unnecessary Group events, he seems to have placed her through the divisons and let her grow in confidence. She has given it back in spades as she keeps improving and winning. This race was obviously targeted some time back and he waited to run her in it as can be seen by her small 13 week layoff. Time for the group races now, Adam. She's earned it.

Marcus was quick to complement the filly on social media, "Our ever so consistent Brave Move notched up another win today cruising home to win the Highlands Stud - Ladies Mile (Listed)!!"

"This is her 5th consecutive win and brings her stats to 6 wins and 4 places out of 10 runs. She is a dream to train and has the most lovely temperament which makes these times even more enjoyable. A big thanks and congrats to my owners - Brave Bid Syndicate & my Dad 👴🏻 as well as Aldo Domeyer who rode her with great confidence and class.

Very well done to Sandown Stud - James & Joy Armitage for breeding yet another very special filly. Brave Move is by Horse Chestnut out of the Qui Danzig mare Brave Bid.

Last but certainly not least WELL DONE to my incredible team back home!! Without your hard work and professionalism days like these would not be made possible."
