Jockey Charles Ndlovu suffered what appeared to be a terrible fall at Fairview today.

In the last race at Fairview, the Alan Greeff runner, Too Cute suffered an apparent heart attack mid race and collapsed bringing down her jockey in an awful looking incident. 

Too Cute unfortunately died from the incident. Jockey Charles Ndlovu was seen to be walking away from the incident unscathed.

Top Port Elizabeth reporter Henk Steenkamp spoke to SAHorseracing about the above incident.

“I greeted Charles as he walked past me on course and he said he was fine." 

The Greeff runner was backed in from 11/10 to 5/10 on opening betting and drifted alarmingly to 2/1 just before the off.
