In one of the best kept secrets in SA racing, Alistair Cohen, will leave Phumelela and will be announced as the new race caller for Dubai.

The news came to light earlier this month but due to confidentiality issues, it wasn't announced publicly. Cohen handed his resignation in with 30 days notice.

Dubai hasn't made the official announcement as yet.

Alistair Cohen started his career with us at SAHorseracing.COM when no one in the industry wanted to give him a look in. We took a chance on the then teenager and gave him his first job.

His dream was to commentate and he is living that out in a big way.
