Champion Flat Jockey of the UK in 2015, 2017, 2018, Silvestre De Sousa, has backed out of his Hong Kong move. This was announced enqeaeir today by the Licensing Committee of the HKJC. 

"The Licensing Committee has resolved to approve an application from Silvestre De Sousa to withdraw his Club Jockey’s licence, with immediate effect, due to the uncertainty in respect of travel and quarantine restrictions entering Hong Kong."
