A weak field. FLAMING AL has had many chances and let the team down. He now has his biggest chance. TAMBORELLO ran a moderate debut last time out. He can improve. MERRY GO LUCKY is a well bred first timer so watch the betting. SILVER CREST has a chance on an improved last run. RED AHEAD is another first timer. Watch for now.

RACE 2:Maiden Plate (3-Y-O) 1200m Straight

VOLACIOUS has been close up in his two debut starts. He should be ready to crack the maiden now. ANOTHER CLEAR DAY has scope for improvement on a decent debut. He should be right there. OBAMA WAY has each way claims on a moderate start to his racing career. MR HARRY and STORM LUJOSO are first timers who could be anything in another weak race.

RACE 3:Maiden Plate (F&M) 1400m Bend

RUMBA BABY has some very good form and now must be due a win. She has been close up in her last two and can get it right. CHINGOLA is very honest but has her 32nd start today. She will earn though. BYCULLA is another battling sort. She should be in the money though. LA PERLE and PLUSH are both very well bred first timers trained by Mike De Kock. Watch out.

RACE 4:Maiden Plate 1950m Bend

DE LA DANZA ran very well last time out and after that effort he should be the one to beat here. GOLDEN SLED is a battling maiden but gets Anton Marcus up. His form is good enough to go very close. TREVOR is another battler. He always runs into the money and should earn again. LIQUID LAVA has been well beaten so far. He has to improve to win. TOTAL IMPACT needs to show his best run to have any chance.

RACE 5:MR 85 Hcp 2400m Bend

TAILORMADE has found a new lease of life since his win on July Day. He can continue his remarkable run. ROUSED looks to be a nice stayer in the making. He wasn't disgraced last time out in his post maiden run and could be right there. WHAT NEXT is never beaten by far. He ran well to Mr.Premier last time out and should find the frame. LUCKY STAR is in with a very light weight. He can run well. WHAT'S GOING ON is capable but has to find some to win this on current form.

RACE 6:Graduation Plate (F&M) 1600m Bend

SHEIK THE WORLD has won her last two well. She can complete the hat-trick. BE CAREFUL has been running very well with some top class sorts. She may confirm her good run. NORBURY is a useful sort and has been in good form during the winter season. She can fight it out. FILLY BUSHWACKER is very consistent and she should be in the frame. RAINDROPS ON ROSES shows good pace. On the fast track she can steal a march.

RACE 7:MR 70 Hcp (F&M) 1000m Straight

AUTUMN LEAVES is the form of the race. She looks above average and should be the one to beat. WESTERN BABY must have every chance. She has shown she can match some decent horses and may run well here. HOT EMBER is never beaten by far. If she is at her best she can fight it out. QUALITY EMBLEM won her maiden last time out at the 13th attempt. She will find it hard to follow up. SCATCAT has been close up in her last two runs. She can earn again.

SPECTRE is overdue another win and is in here with a light weight. He can upset. BELLAGIO is a course specialist. She must have a chance. CAIUS JULIUS showed his penultimate was all wrong last time with a much improved run. The question is whether he will enjoy the track. RAFFLES has been close up in his post maiden runs. He should continue the run here. STUNNING GUY won his maiden well last time out. He can follow up in this.
