RACE 1:Maiden Juvenile Plate (F) 1400m Bend

UPWARDS ONWARDS showed good improvement last time and was running on. NICCI'S VICTORY is another who showed improvement last time. BREAK OF DAWN disappointed last time over the distance after having run a good debut the run before. Give another chance. Both QUETTA and GO GOOGOL may improve to earn a small cheque.

SUNNE IN SPLENDOR has had many chances of cracking his maiden. Chance on current form. SOWETO DAWN has some fair form. May improve. I quite like the look of the first timer, RAHY'S STAR. Check the betting. IT'S IN THE AIR ran his best run, to date, last time. Respect. PRODIGAL SON could improve.

RACE 3:Maiden Plate (F & M) 1000m Straight

QUINAN is a bit inconsistent. Runs well over the distance. On best runs should have a good chance in this field. NUNAVIK could improve on her cape Town form. Ignore the last run from NUNS NARRATIVE. She will prefer being back over 1000m. Watch the betting on the first timer NATIONAL FLAVOUR. PLATINUM FOX could be coming back to form.

SILVERANO has done everything in his last two starts but win. Will be running on. Very good chance in a weak field. NEW RESOLUTION was running on over 1600m last time. Rates a good chance. AFORE THE FLOW needs to recapture earlier form. Yard in very good form. GOLLYWOG could improve. DETZKY'S TAO did not show over further last time. Chance on earlier form.

RACE 5:Conditions Stakes 2400m Bend

THUNDERFLASH has a chance back down in class and he is well suited to this C & D. INCA'S SPIRIT is also well suited to this C & D. Has had some bad luck in running but still has form to appeal. OCTOBER CLUB has been up against far stronger. Ran way below potential last time. Claims on best form to date. AUDIT REPORT may be coming back to form. ALIF is never far back but takes on stronger. can still place.

RACE 6:Pinnacle Stakes 1000m Straight

APOLO GREY is probably the best horse in Justin Snaith's PE satellite yard. Has won four from his last six starts. Will be running on and is well suited to this C & D. BOB 'N WEAVE is fairly consistent in some stronger fields. Should pose a real threat. ICEMBERG should never be ignored this C & D. THREE CAPTAINS has good form and should not be ignored with Gavin Lerena looking for the jockey title for the season.  BERMUDA PRINCE is improving slowly.

RACE 7:MR 66 Hcp (F & M) 1600m Bend

PEBBLE PATH was an unlucky loser last time after being baulked. On form must have a good chance in this MR 66 handicap! Both ROYAL MAGIC and JOLLY JET have been close up finishers in their last few runs and should challenge. PINDAN BLUE has fair post maiden form and should be thrown into the mix. GEORGIAN HEIGHTS could surprise.

BEAST OF BURDEN has been improving. VAROMA has the form to go close and warrants the utmost respect. Is C & D suited. SUNNY SPAIN has raced against stronger but drops quite a bit in distance. DANCINGINTHEDESERT did not show last time but has a chance on earlier form. TEALION could be improving again.
