SORBONNE runs for the twenty fourth time but is never too far back. MINNIE THE MINX showed some improvement in her third start last time. CHAMPAGNE SHOWERS also runs for the twenty fourth time as a maiden.
1st – GIRLFRIEND (11/10 F) (1); 2nd – SEVENTH VIRTUE (7); 3rd – SORBONNE (3); 4th - MINNIE THE MINX (4); 5th – CHAMPAGNE SHOWERS (2)

BIG KING showed excellent improvement in his second run last time. Big chance if repeating. ASTROMAN has finished well in his last two starts and is still improving. HE ROCKS weakened late last time. More to find. CAPTAIN KING improved by thirteen lengths in his second start last time. Consider. TELL THE TALE is a son of JET MASTER making his debut.
1st – BIG KING (5/4 F) (7); 2nd – ASTROMAN (4); 3rd – HE ROCKS (5); 4th - CAPTAIN KING (8); 5th – TELL THE TALE (10)

FATSO could cause an upset if confirming the improvement last time. Could be worth a few place bets. TEPPANYAKI ran his best race in fourteen last time. One to consider. MUCAJAI is improving slowly. WORSHIP DANCER will win his maiden soon but loses ground at the start. BOYES DRIVE raced green on debut last time. Watch for improvement.
1st – FATSO (15/1) (5); 2nd – TEPPANYAKI (1); 3rd – MUCAJAI (11); 4th - WORSHIP DANCER (17/10 F) (12); 5th – BOYES DRIVE (8)

WITHBATEDBREATH made a good debut last time but could not keep on a straight course and that hampered her chances. Look for improvement. GATHERING FLAME has had two good runs. Finishes well but loses ground at the start. Good chance if breaking on terms. EXCITEMENT SEEKER has shown heart in her last two starts. Don't ignore. HEARTFELT threatens to improve. Anton Marcus climbs aboard for the first time. UNTIL WE DANCE showed small improvement last time.
1st – WITHBATEDBREATH (357/100) (12); 2nd – GATHERING FAME (2/1 F) (9); 3rd – EXCITEMENT SEEKER (1); 4th - HEARTFELT (4); 5th – UNTIL WE DANCE (8)

GREY LIGHT has had three good runs, the last two in Grade 1 company. Will be hard to beat if not slow away. NISA'S LOVE showed good improvement in her last two when running on. COUSIN ANNIE ran on well last time and has a good chance with Sean Cormack back in the saddle. BOOM SHEIKTHEROOM hasn't won for a long time but weakens. TREBLE TOT ran her best race in a while last time.

TABREEK won impressively on debut last time despite being slow away at the start. This Australian bred colt makes plenty of appeal and looks to be extremely promising. LIVE CONTROVERSY has been fading out of it late in his last two starts. FULLY CHARGED ran a good race last time despite having to switch. Finished close behind. Could get closer this afternoon. LORD ROSE showed good improvement last time. Place chance. GOLD FLIGHT ran on well last two. Include in trifectas and quartets.

ZHIVAGO is holding form well and has been finding a good finish. Drops in class from last time. Good value. INNATE QUALITY showed huge improvement with the blinkers fitted last time. Up in class but won by over six lengths last time and is worthy of the utmost respect. AUCTION KING has been finishing well and hasn't been too far back in recent times. Did have his excuses last time. Yard in good form. AIR PATROL has been facing stronger. Did not show last time. Can get it right today. BOLD INSPIRATION won on his return to the track after a seven month break last time. Will strip fitter but takes on slightly stronger from last time.
1st – ZHIVAGO (62/10) (3); 2nd – INNATE QUALITY (8); 3rd – AUCTION KING (4); 4th - AIR PATROL (2); 5th – BOLD INSPIRATION (15/10 F) (6)

ROY'S JET has been consistent at this level. Owner has been having at least one winner a meeting in recent times! GO WEST MCGRAW was not disgraced in his post maiden last time. Lost ground at the start and was found to be coughing. May make amends this afternoon. JAMAL did not show last time but drops in class. MY LOVELY has yet to find a strong finish but she does take on slightly weaker and the boys. WIMOWEH also takes on the boys. Won her maiden at the seventeenth time! May need to confirm.
1st – ROY'S JET (11/2) (4); 2nd – GO WEST MCGRAW (3/1 F) (3); 3rd – JAMAL (1); 4th - MY LOVELY (6); 5th – WIMOWEH (5)

BILLY BOY BLUES was returning from an almost nine month rest last time. Watch for further improvement at this level. SPIN A COIN is a bit inconsistent but stayed on well last time. Can go well if at best. GOOD IDEA is never far back and will be fighting on late. MODERN ROYAL has shown very good improvement in his last two. Chance on the improvement. ROYAL COLOURS won his last two. Hat trick chance.
1st – BILLY BOY BLUES (11/2) (1); 2nd – SPIN A COIN (3); 3rd – GOOD IDEA (5); 4th - MODERN ROYAL (6); 5th – ROYAL COLOURS (33/10 F) (4)
