PREVIEW: VAAL - 28 JULY 2016
RACE 1:
LEVI LADY (14) has the form to win but fades late. CHARLESTON HERO (2) will improve but needs further. First timers to candider are DASH (4) and THE THINKER (10) while MIA CULPA (6) could earn.
RACE 2:
VAR AGTIG (14) made a very good improvement last time. Should be the one to beat. FOREVER (5) has decent form. Should go close. LINDA HONEY (8) may be worth considering. The first timers MIZSHOWBIZ (11) and MEXICAN WAVE (9) could be worth following.
RACE 3:
LILY LOVE (1) ran on really well last time. Has threatened before. CAPTAIN'S GIRL (11) finished well after a slow start on debut last time. Will improve. KITTY COO (12) ran her best race in four last time. Keep an eye on the betting on the two first timers, LIQUID VELVET (13) and SANTA MONICA (14).
RACE 4:
RONIN WARRIOR (3) showed excellent improvement last time. Was also unlucky that race. Should have a full go today. FORT INFINITY (1) may be the best to challenge on a hugely improved run last time. SAIL FOR JOY (11) has had three good runs. Include. First timers to consider are TAKADUMA (12) and MILNE (8).
RACE 5:
DONNY G (6) has excellent form and loves this C & D with two wins from three. AFRICAN RULER (2) should not be too far back and also has very good form this C & D (2 from 3). ANGEL'S POWER (9) is one that could cause an upset. Form not great but watch anyway! MANX PARK (5) and DENNIS THE MENACE (7) both won last time. Can earn again.
RACE 6:
NATIONAL KEY (2) was unlucky last time. Drops in class. KINGS ARCHER (1) is in very good form. STREET FLYER (6) will need to repeat penultimate. YANKEE CAPTAIN (9) is in good form. Rises in class but should be considered. COUNTERSTROKE (4) can earn something at best.
RACE 7:
SAMARRA (11) won a good race last time. Can win again. ZAPPY CHOICE (7) ran a moderate post maiden last time. May be the one to follow. TRACY'S LEGACY (9) was also moderate in her post maiden last time. FUTURE FANTASTIC (2) can place at best, but then there are worse! WELL DRESSED (6) may improve.
RACE 8:
MOVIE AWARD (1) made good imprtovement last time. Can go one better today. AMAZING VAR (8) shows good pace. May hold on. RIVER EMPRESS (9) should not be too far away. OUR MIRACLE (2) show improvement last time. One to watch! CHARTWELL (3) has been improving, albeit slowly.

BEST VALUE: RACE 4 NUMBER 3 RONIN WARRIOR
