Equinox sets up dream date with Almond Eye

 

The Champion of the World and best turf racehorse since Frankel, Equinox, has a dream date with another Grade 1 star and Japanese Horse of the Year, Almond Eye.

The nine time group 1 winner, Almond Eye produced a first foal by Epiphaneia and that baby will carry the Silk Racing colours of his mother when he races. This year she went to Equinox's sire, Kitasan Black and has a date with Equinox next.

SAHorseracing.COM was present at both victories in Dubai of Equinox and Almond Eye. The awe inspiring performances of both left a mark on many at Meydan and both went onto glorious victories to end their careers.
