Danzigs Man led narrowly from Dance With Me, Al Caruso and Summer School. Danzigs Man pinched a length or two turning for home and still had a handy lead approaching the 200m mark as it became clear that the others were struggling to bridge the cap. Dance With Me took off late and almost got there but Danzigs Man lasted long enough to edge him out with Summer School a length back in third.
