SAJA Apprentice Recruitment Starts Today

The South African Jockey Academy (SAJA) will be commencing its 1st Round of Recruitment Assessments for its 2020 Intake, in the Western Cape today at Kenilworth Racecourse from 9h00 to 12h00.

The dates for the workshops in the other provinces are as follows:

Turffontein (NHRA Offices) Saturday 23 March 2019 10h30
Greyville Sunday 24 March 2019 10h30
Fairview Saturday 30 March 2019 10h30
Scottsville Sunday 31 March 2019 10h30

SAJA are looking for potential apprentices who are between the ages of 15 to 20 years old, are not taller than 160cm and weigh between 38 - 47kgs. Any aspiring apprentices are requested to please attend these Recruitment Assessment Days, where they will be assessed. As all applicants will be assessed for fitness and flexibility they are requested to please wear running shoes and clothes they can exercise in.
